42year old female mother of 4 that works from home and lives in Ormond Beach, FL who comes with complaint of "droopy boobs.".  She is interested in a Breast Lift with Enlargement to keep them up.  She underwent Breast Lift/Mastopexy WITH Augmentatation of 450cc textured gel-Submammary implants.  Her photos are from before and 8 weeks after procedure and she is very happy.
