Brit graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has been working with Dr. Lentz for 3 years and finds that her background in mental health has provided a great foundation to lead the Lentz Plastic Surgery team. In addition, Brit is our in-house Notary Public and currently working on her master’s degree in business. After completing your consultation with Dr. Lentz, you will meet with Brit to build a personalized quote and schedule surgery. Brit has a thirst for knowledge, loves fun-facts, and enjoys learning about each patient she interacts with. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports and her ukulele.
Emma is a 8th Generation Native Floridian. She earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida and is an Alumnae of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Emma lives in Ormond Beach with the Love of her Life, John. She is the mother of 4 daughters and grandmother of 8. She loves seeing the lives that are changed at Lentz Plastic Surgery. While she has experienced many treatments and surgeries, she recommends that everyone have at least 3 HydraFacials a year, because it’s the most amazing facial you can have! Bridget Kelly, PA-C
Bridget Kelly has been a board certified Physician Assistant for 20 years and has over 15 years of experience in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics. She has been a National trainer for both Allergan and Medicis, teaching beginner to advanced techniques for Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm and Restylane products. With her aesthetic eye, attention to detail and perfectionism, Bridget is passionate about enhancing each person’s natural beauty. She believes in developing a mutual trust and respect with her patients so that she is better able to guide them through their journey and help them to achieve their goals. She believes that if we feel better on the outside, it helps us to feel more confident on the inside and to project our best selves.
In addition to being a Master Injector, Bridget is also a laser specialist and member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS). She performs all of our non-invasive procedures including BBL, Halo, Sciton Laser Resurfacing, Ulthera and Vivace. She is continually trying to learn, grow and improve her aesthetic skills. Bridget attends industry conferences and trainings as much as possible. Bridget is a mother to 14-year-old twins. When she is not working, she enjoys exercising, reading and spending time doing outdoor activities with her family.

Jessica is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician whose passion for making others feel beautiful led to a career in aesthetics. Jessica attended The Cortiva Institute in Tampa, FL and is an expert in the most current & advanced cosmetic procedures. She specializes in customized skin care regimens along with Chemical Peels, Facials, Micro-needling, Non-surgical skin tightening and Body contouring. In her free time Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and of course all things skincare!
Dyman is our Medical Assistant with over 3 years of experience in healthcare. She has a passion for patient care and helping others. She graduated from Stetson University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Health science. She is excited to be a part of the Lentz Plastic Surgery team, and feels grateful to be a part of each patient’s journey. While Dyman aspires to attend medical school, working for a board-certified female Plastic Surgeon gives her the opportunity to learn and gain experience. In her free-time, she enjoys rollerblading, taking Pilates classes and traveling.
Lynne has been with Lentz Plastic Surgery for 34 years, starting out with Carl W. (Rick) Lentz, MD in 1986 and now with Ashley Lentz, MD. She is dedicated to patient care and works closely with the physician in the clinical setting. Once you have had your initial consultation with Dr. Lentz, she will answer your preoperative and postoperative questions so that you have all the information you need to move forward with your surgical procedures confidently. For surgical procedures that need insurance prior authorization, she will correspond with your insurance company and get the appropriate approval. Her goal is to guide patients through their surgical journey, step-by-step, focusing on their health and safety, and ensure they receive exceptional care.
Registered Nurse First Assistant
Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona in 1993 and became a Registered Nurse First Assistant 18 years ago. Having 23 years of experience in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Jennifer assists Dr. Lentz with all of her surgeries at Advent Health Daytona Beach. When she is not in surgery, she enjoys running with her husband and spending time with her children.
