Scheduler-Receptionist

Brenda has enjoyed the privilege of being Dr. Lentz’s receptionist for 18 years. She is the welcoming voice on the phone and the smiling face to greet you when you arrive, and help with any appointment concerns, scheduling issues or to make you a new patient appointment in Central Florida for plastic surgery.

Natalie

Nurse Practitioner

Natalie has been a nurse practitioner for over 10 years. She offers an extension of services to Dr. Lentz to provide the best overall care and options for you. You will see Natalie if you are interested in BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments, injectable fillers, and other skin treatments like laser leg vein and hair removal, photofacials, and skin resurfacing. She also assists Dr. Lentz with reconstructive and plastic surgery in his Orlando area practice as an RN or RNFA.

Lynne

Transcriptionist-Clinical Assistant

Lynne has been transcribing all of the dictation for patients’ medical records for Dr. Lentz for over 20 years. If copies of medical records are requested, she would be glad to send copies per your request, after a signed consent from you the patient. You may also see Lynne in the clinical setting as a clinical assistant with Dr. Lentz, or she may talk with you on the phone and help coordinate your appointment.

Beverly

Office Manager

Beverly has been an Office Manager in the plastic surgery field for the past 15 years. After meeting with the physician, she will meet with you to discuss pricing for elective cosmetic surgery as well as assisting you in filing insurance claims if necessary. Beverly looks forward to assisting you in scheduling your surgery and is happy to answer any questions you may have about financing options available, insurance related questions, or simple scheduling questions.

Tina

Certified Surgical Technician & Esthetician

Tina has been employed by Dr. Lentz since 1998 as a Certified Surgical Technologist, as well as a Licensed Esthetician. She grew up in Michigan, and moved to Florida in 1985. She and her husband enjoy boating and skiing. You will see Tina when you schedule your surgery to be done at the office or when you have skin care treatments or evaluations and permanent makeup.

Jacqueline

Surgery Coordinator

Jacqueline is a new edition to Lentz Plastic Surgery. She grew up in Texas and moved to Daytona in 2003. She and her husband enjoy boating and the great outdoors. Jacqueline assists patients by scheduling their surgical procedures and offering financing options.

Rebecca

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Advanced Practice Nurse (ARNP)

Rebecca was born in Hong Kong and raised in New York City. She has been in nursing for 25 years. Rebecca graduated Barry University in 2000 with a Masters in Nurse Anesthesia and is a Certified Regis
tered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Advanced Practice Nurse (ARNP). She is currently completing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice through University of Miami. Together with her husband, they share a small zoo of 6 dogs and an African Grey Parrot. Rebecca enjoys making people look and feel good. Favorite quote from Maya Angelou, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Heather

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Heather was born in Daytona Beach at Halifax Hospital and raised in Tennessee. She and her husband have 2 daughters and reside in Volusia County. She has been employed at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center as a Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room for 4 years. She is a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and assists Dr. Lentz during surgery and in clinical visits.
