How Does Vivace Work?
Vivace uses a one-of-a-kind microneedling system paired with radiofrequency (RF) and LED technology to provide holistic results. The treatment uses powerful and precise advanced technology to boost skin elasticity and collagen production.
The 36 superfine gold-tipped insulated needles safely penetrate to the deeper layers of the skin. Radiofrequency energy is applied through these needles, heating the tissues to encourage collagen production. LED light therapy heals the skin, reducing redness and inflammation in the process.
The Treatment Process
Vivace treatment sessions are performed by board-certified Physician Assistant Bridget Kelly and by Licensed Medical Aesthetician Jessica Kilner. These skilled medical professionals have years of experience and training in the latest aesthetic treatment options.
The Vivace treatment begins by applying a specialized numbing cream to the targeted areas to avoid any discomfort. After the cream is applied, it is allowed to sit and take effect for about thirty minutes.
The Vivace microneedling process is started after the top layer of skin is completely numb. The handpiece is held against the skin of the treatment area, and it is moved to provide even coverage.
Most patients say it’s a painless process and that only a feeling of pressure on the skin is felt at times. The pressure is felt the most when the machine works on bony areas like the forehead, cheekbones, chin area, and hairline.
After the procedure, a serum and face mask are applied to the face for ten to fifteen minutes to calm the skin.
The treatment usually takes about twenty minutes to be completed. This depends on the skin type and condition of the patient, along with other factors.
